TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: 19/04/2026This contract applies to the artist further called Seller and person or institution further called Customer purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
1. Customer agrees to pay the due amount upfront once the initial rough sketch has been approved.
2. Work on the final Product (lineart and coloring) will not commence until the full payment has been received by the Seller.
3. Any other payment schedule must be mutually agreed upon before work on the Product commences.
4. For character design/custom commissions, the base price and complexity fees must be settled during the sketching phase.PRODUCT DELIVERY
5. Customer agrees that Product will be delivered digitally via email or DM after the final process is complete.
6. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to provide a valid delivery method. Seller cannot be held accountable for Customer's loss of access, spam filters, or technical obstacles outside the Seller's responsibility.
7. Upon delivery, it is the Customer's responsibility to store the file properly. Seller does not guarantee that the original copy will be available indefinitely if the Customer loses their files.REVISIONS
8. Customer has the right to unlimited revisions during the sketching phase to ensure the concept is correct.
9. Customer has the right to reasonable minor edits after completion (e.g., changing eye color or fixing a small detail).
10. Correction Guarantee: If the Seller missed a detail or made a mistake based on the original agreed-upon request, the Seller will fix it free of charge regardless of the stage.
11. Major structural changes requested after the sketching phase is closed may result in an additional fee.CURRENCY & FEES
12. Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in USD.
13. Payment is considered received only when the total amount in the Seller's PayPal account matches the invoice amount. Customer is responsible for any transaction fees if applicable.REFUND POLICY
14. Customer has the right to a 100% refund if the Seller has not started the lineart phase.
15. A 50% refund is applicable if the Seller has already commenced the lineart or coloring stage, to compensate for the labor already invested.
16. Health & Deadlines: Turnaround time is estimated between 1 week to 1 month but is flexible due to the Seller’s chronic health conditions.
17. Customer has the right to request a full refund if there has been no communication or progress for over 30 days. This excludes delays where the Seller has provided updates regarding health-related interruptions.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
18. The Product is for personal use only (social media, icons, personal prints). Any commercial use, reselling, or reproduction for profit requires a separate agreement and additional fees.
19. Anti-NFT/Blockchain: Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
20. Anti-AI: Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets, AI tools, training, or any present or future inventions in the AI space.CANCELLATIONS
21. Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, under the condition of a full refund.
22. Disrespectful or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate cancellation. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued based on work completed, and the Seller reserves the right to refuse future service.
